The Daily Jesus Yoga Practice
We recommend that you learn this practice under the guidance of a Jesus Yoga Teacher and that you study the Jesus Yoga book. Then you can use this videos as a help for your daily practice.
Please ask your doctor about practicing Jesus Yoga he will be able to tell you if your health status fits to the programm. Normaly almost every health status will benefit from the practice of Jesus Yoga.
The Jesus Yoga programm contains 3 main parts:
I BREATHING PRACTICE
II PROSTRATION PRACTICE
III TRANSCENDENTAL CHRISTIAN MEDITATION PRACTICE
You can practice all parts one after another like it is shown below.
Or you can skip any part of the program and continue with the following part (because of health reasons or time reasons for example)
The complete practice starts with breathing practices.
Breathing Practice 1
Contains 2 breathing practices and the first one is not suited for people with high blood preasure, when a woman is on her cycle or pregnant. The Second part can be practiced by everybody. With these practices you might processing blockages and by eliminating them there might arise emotions to the surface. This practice is very beneficial since it is conecting left and right brain hemisphere. These practices are a stress relief.
(The practice of the other parts of this program will strenghen your health and if you are not able to do this practice now then look forward that you will be able later)
Breathing Practice 2
This series contains many practices and also the first of them are not suited for people with high blood preasure, when a woman is on her cycle or pregnant. This series is very beneficial for the lungth and has alot of health benefits. These practices are energizing. You dont need a coffee anymore ;-)
(The practice of the other parts of this program will strenghen your health and if you are not able to do this practice now then look forward that you will be able later)
Breathing Practice 3
Version 1 is beneficial and good for everybody (Video 1)Version 2 is for advanced people an not suited for people with high blood preasure, when a woman is on her cycle or pregnant.
These practices is cleaning the throat and improves the voice. And the main porpose is to connect the breath with the heart. This will be used in the higher level of TCM later.
Then are following the prostration practices
Prostration 1
This is the easier form that beginners should use.
(Then skip prostration practice 2)
Prostration 2
This form is more laborious and good for advanced practicioners.
The very advanced can practice first Prostration 1 and then prostration 2 also.
Asana
The prostration practices are already a great workout and the complete program is a complete practice already. For those who want to go deeper into bodymovements and build up strengh or want to benefit from the other great effects, they can include now their Asana program while continuiously practicing the TCM. The Jesus Prayer connected with the breath and movement. Alot of Hata Yoga forms fit with the TCM practice, for example the Ashtanga Yoga Asana series, the Sivananda Yoga Asana series and many more. We will also offer an Asana series.
TCM Transcendental Christian Meditation
Depending on the level you achieved practice the Meditation.
We present here the basic level of course.
For those who mastered this basic program we provide many more levels and initiations :)

Breathing Practice 2
In the first two breathing exercises one exhales while sharpening the lips and sontinuesly pressing out the air until the lungs are empty. While one exhales, one bends the knees and leans forward, keeping the back straight and activating the anus muscle (hold the anus muscle (butt muscle) continuesly). Once one exhaled all of the air one draws the belly in and up - while holdening the breath in. Then push out the belly and with the inhale rise up.
In the second breathing exercise, after drawing in the belly, one holds the breath while pushing the belly in and out at ones own pace. Push the belly out when inhaling again.
In the third breathing exercise one sharpens the lips and pumps the air out of the belly by pushing over and over again. Once the air is all out one draws in the belly again , holding the breath. Then push out the belly and with the inhale rise up.
In the second breathing exercise, after drawing in the belly, one holds the breath while pushing the belly in and out at ones own pace. Push the belly out when inhaling again.
